Blodgett Gardens

In 1936 when Edgewater Dr was still an unpaved road our grandparents, Frank and Louise Blodgett, established Blodgett Gardens as one of Orlando’s first commercial growers.

Today we are a full service Garden Center offering:

• Plants – Annuals, perennials, ornamentals, orchids, indoor plants, palms, fruit trees and bedding plants. We strive to provide some of the most rare and unusual plant specimens to excite the new and seasoned gardener. Check our “new plant arrivals” page for the latest inspirational plants.

• In-Store Identification of and Prescriptions for your garden problems and pests using natural organic products or chemical solutions to suit your needs. Bring us a sample of your infected plant or lawn to insure proper diagnosis.

• Garden Accessories – we offer a wide selection of gardening tools and garden art.

• Gifts – home decor, indoor pottery, iron art and much more.

• Chemicals – a full line of do it yourself pesticides, for those that would like to treat their own home.

• Landscape design, we will provide a diagram (to scale if you provide a copy of your home survey) showing suggested plants, their placement, and numbers required. Landscape installations and maintenance are also available.

• Landscape Consultations. Our experts will visit your home, identify your problems, and offer written prescriptions to the problem.

• Irrigation repair and maintenance.
